  • Accuracy: SpecsandLens aims to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, discrepancies may occur due to technical errors. SpecsandLens reserves the right to correct these errors.
  • Availability: We strive to ensure that all products listed are in stock, but availability is subject to change. In case of unavailability, after an order has been placed, SpecsandLens will notify the customer and provide options for cancellation or substitution.

Payments & Pricing

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment gateways as per availability.
  • Currency: All prices listed are in INR, and transactions will be processed in INR.
  • Price Changes: SpecsandLens reserves the right to change the prices of products without prior notice. Prices applicable to orders are those at the time of checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Shipping Locations: We ship across India. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on the location and the size of the order.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen logistical challenges.
  • Responsibility: Once the products are dispatched, SpecsandLens holds no responsibility for delays or issues caused by third-party courier services.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Pre-shipment Cancellations: Customers can cancel orders before they are shipped without incurring any charges.
  • Post-shipment Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. Customers will need to follow the return process.
  • Modifications: Orders can be modified (e.g., changing the delivery address or items) within 24 hours of placing the order.

Intellectual Property
