- Lenses: 6-month warranty covering lens coatings and optical clarity.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, chips, or frame loosening)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Prescription lenses unless the error is on our part
How to File a Warranty Claim?
- Contact us via email or phone, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Send the product back to our physical store, Purushotham Opticals, for inspection.
- If the claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge.
